NSUNS4 – Road to Connections
This is a side project of the Evolution team in collaboration with multiple community members who have had access to various builds of Naruto Storm Connections. This build is aimed to recreate Storm Connections as accurately
as possible. Make sure you download the new launcher if you would like to play it!

-Increased throwable debuff item stun (15f -> 32f)
-Increased Paper Bomb damage (5% -> 10%)
-Increased travel distance & time of Guard Break Pill (3f -> 6f)
-Modified ball bomb victim reaction
-Modified throwable items to not confirm on downed enemy
+Removed Chakra Shuriken and tilt input, replaced by 2nd Jutsu
-Traditional Tilts have become a 2nd jutsu with a universal cost (25%)
-2nd Jutsu input uses the old Chakra Shuriken input
-Characters with an already existing 2nd jutsu will use that instead of their tilt
-Characters can cancel out of their 2nd Jutsu with spark dash and ninja dash
-Can use 2nd jutsu as a support by tilting analog when calling them out
-Modified 2nd jutsu that were previously tilts to not be counterable

-Removed Chakra & Chakra bar gain upon reaching full Storm gauge
-Increased the rate of storm gauge gain from inflicted damage (0.25->0.5)
